This press was totally rebuilt in 2013. Excellent condition. Set up with 4 electrically heated platens with 3 openings of approx. 2.5” each. 25” L to R BTB . Max daylight without platens approx. 18.5”; With one pair of platens (single-opening) approx. 12”. Main ram is 16” diameter with 12” max stroke. Fully guided with 6” bushings on 5.5”diameter tie-rods. Approx 49” operator height. Two 3.25” bore side cylinders with 1.375” diameter rods and 13” max stroke. Light curtains on front; Mesh sides and rear. Floor standing hydraulic unit: 10 HP (1800RPM; 480 volt); 60 gallon tank; air type oil cooler (1/4 HP); approx. 2800 PSI; adjustable tonnage (80 to 300); digital tonnage gauge; 100 IPM fast close and open; 2 to 6 IPM pressing etc…Electrical control system: Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC; Red Lion 7” color HMI; Ethernet port; one touch cycle start; optional bump/degas;  cycle counter; etc…Press dimensions approx. 88” x 45” x 82” tall (17,500 pounds); Hydraulic unit: 67” x 47” x 70”  tall (2000 pounds).
