75 TON 16” X 16” UP-ACTING HYDRAULIC PRESS WITH TOP TRANSFER

Package includes two presses and one hydraulic unit with individual circuit for each press. 16” x 16” electrically heated platens. Clearance between tie-bars: 23.5” x 7.75”. Clearance between bushing blocks: 22” x 6” (blocks are 1.5” tall). Three up-acting cylinders: one 8” bore with a 3.5” dia rod; two 4” bore with a 2” dia rod; all three have 18” stroke. Daylight between heated platens is 18.5” on one; 19.5” on the other. Top mounted transfer cylinder is 4” bore with a 2”dia rod and 12” stroke (2.5” dia hole in top platen for plunger). Operator height is 47” and 46” (43.5” on both without heated platens). Fully guided with 4.5” bushings on 3” tie-rods. Individual controls for each press: Sysmac C40K Omron P.C.; 110 amps; adjustable prox switches; bump;  heater controls; E-stops; 460 volt system; etc…approx. 120 gallon reservoir; twin system built on same reservoir so two of everything: 40 HP motors (1800 RPM; 208-230/460 volt): Vickers PVB20-RS-20 pressure comp piston pumps; water type heat exchangers; etc… Presses: 50” x 45” x 105”tall and approx. 4000 pounds each.
