100 TON 122” X 61” UP-ACTING FRAME-STYLE LAMINATING/VENEER PRESS

Six 3.75” bore single-acting cylinders with approx 12” max stroke. Several 4” tall x 2” wide I-beam supports are on bed and crown that steel plates could be attached to for bed and crown of press.The I-beam supports are 61” F to B. If removed to increase daylight, the frame work is 56.5” front to back on the bed and 50.5” on the crown. The daylight with I-beams in place is 15”; Without would be 23”. Operator height is 45.75” with I-beams ; 41.75” without. Guided with two “Gears & Racks” along with the six cylinders.Top-mounted hydraulic power unit; 3 HP motor (208-230/460 volts ; 1800 RPM);  25 gallon reservoir. Pump (HA-1-90T-PB16116A5NY-61476-10. P1217A1K6) 17 GPM to 250 PSI and 2 GPM to 3000 PSI; Schroeder filter; Approx speeds of 60 IPM fast close and 6 IPM pressing (Gravity return); etc… Controls include: Cycle start/stop; Timer; Temp controller; E-stop; Disconnect; Etc…Adjustable stop blocks at four corners.
